Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman proficient in local UAE standards (such as Dubai Municipality, DM, and ADM regulations). The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and experience in architectural, structural, or MEP drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE local standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop precise construction drawings.
• Review and modify drawings based on project requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation and revisions of all drafts.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction standards (DM, ADM, Civil Defense regulations).
• Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP drafting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
• Experience working on high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects.
