Driver Helper

Job Title: Driver + Helper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to serve as a Driver + Helper in our construction operations. This hybrid role involves transporting materials and equipment to job sites and assisting construction teams with on-site tasks such as unloading, setup, and general labor.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Driver:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, materials, and crew to and from construction sites.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (e.g., oil checks, tire pressure).
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  
  

As a Helper:

• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials.
• Support tradespeople with basic tasks (e.g., carrying tools)
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Operate basic hand tools and assist with minor construction duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 kg).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in construction or logistics is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and time management.
• Familiarity with local routes and construction site protocols.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
