JOB TITLE
Driver/Messenger
Duties and Responsibilities (Logistic, Invoicing and Credit Collection Specialist)
Pick up and drop off Japanese Managers from home to office and vice versa.
Pick up and drop off guests from airport to their hotel/ accommodation and vice versa
anytime of the day – early morning, night or midnight.
Pick up and drop off SEMEO members and SEMEO guests from office to their
business meeting destination and vice versa.
Purchasing of pantry supplies and stationery supplies.
Deliver and pick up documents, packages (splicers and product samples), and other
items between SEMEO to other UAE clients and business concern.
Navigate through routes using maps and GPS to deliver the staff, guests and items in
a timely manner.
Communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service to clients and
colleagues.
Ensure the vehicle is well maintained and in good working condition at all times.
Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
QUALIFICATION
Previous work experience as a Driver/Messenger.
Proficiency in using GPS devices and maps for navigation.
Good physical condition to endure long hours of work, neat and clean.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Skills
Thorough knowledge of the city or area in which they operate, to navigate quickly
and efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to quickly adjust routes and schedules in response to
unexpected obstacles or changes in circumstances.
Excellent communication skills to clearly and efficiently relay messages, ensuring
that they are understood as intended.
Superior time management skills to ensure that messages are delivered in a timely
manner, adhering to strict schedules when necessary.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with various individuals, ranging from
clients to co-workers, in a professional manner.
