About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Guest Services Executives and Team Leaders to Rooms in Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are currently hiring for positions across the following departments:
- Front Office
- Concierge
- Guest Relations
- Butler Services
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences
- Assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Coordinating with internal departments to meet guest needs efficiently
- Managing daily operations and ensuring service standards are upheld
- Providing personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction
About you:
The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
