Job Description

THE MISSION?

Team Builder Extraordinaire: Create an environment of learning, coaching, mentoring, and motivating your front office gang to deliver excellence every day.

Operations Maestro: Oversee front office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.

Financial Watcher: Monitor billing, verify rates/discounts, reconcile daily sales, manage petty cash, and control room inventory.

Talent Spotter: Work closely with the Room Division Manager to identify and develop talent for the department.

Guest Experience Champion: Uphold Mama Shelter standards and drive 100% guest satisfaction—every interaction counts.

Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Investigate complaints, suggest improvements, and implement corrective actions with grace and confidence.

Safety & Security Guardian: Ensure proper safety practices for both guests and team members, and assist with emergency procedures.

System & Schedule Pro: Maintain reservation systems, coordinate arrivals, manage schedules, and assist with payroll and cost control.

Positive Energy Ambassador: Maintain a friendly, professional attitude that uplifts your team and enhances every guest experience.
