- Supervise property operations, particularly at the Front Office, ensuring alignment with
- Monitor service quality across all operations, ensuring adherence to approved

- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure availability and compliance with operational
- Address guest complaints promptly, coordinating corrective actions to maintain
- Coordinate departmental activities and facilitate effective communication to enhance
- Monitor personnel behavior and appearance, ensuring adherence to SBU standards and
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as power outages or equipment breakdowns to
- Report incidents, accidents, and issues comprehensively to supervisors and update
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures to
Qualifications
- Luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned university.
- 3-5 years of experience in a position of direct responsibility in Guest Services, Public Relations, or Front Office supervision within international luxury hospitality.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management skills, and attention to detail.
