Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Specialist with a strong technical background to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will also have extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform Admin Center). This role requires deep technical expertise in D365 customization, integration, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development:
Develop and implement solutions for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Customization & Integration
Build and customize model-driven and canvas Power Apps. Develop and manage Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), customize workflows, and integrate systems using Power Automate.
Technical Architecture & Documentation
System Customization & Extension:
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, Plugins (C#), Custom Workflows,
Automation & Workflow Design
Design and automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows). Ensure that the workflow processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Power Platform Administration
Manage environments, solutions, and configurations within the Power Platform Admin Center. Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and maintain system security.
Integration & CI/CD
Proficiency in Power Platform Administration—managing environments, DLP policies, permissions.
Knowledge of custom connectors and integration patterns using Azure.
Preferred Qualifications

- Proficient in C# for plugin and workflow development.
- Strong JavaScript skills for front-end customizations.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate (designing complex workflows).
- Hands-on experience with Power Pages, including customization and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse schema and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for solution management.
Proficiency in Power Platform Administration—managing environments, DLP policies, permissions.
Knowledge of custom connectors and integration patterns using Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications:
- PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
- PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
- MB-210, MB-220, MB-230 (D365 CE Modules).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum Environments:
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
