As an E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the hotel's digital presence. You will oversee the hotel's website, online booking platforms, and other digital channels to optimize sales and customer engagement. Collaborating with various departments, you'll analyze market trends, manage online content, and implement effective e-marketing campaigns. Your role is crucial in maximizing online visibility, attracting potential guests, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our guests.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue.
  • Manage the hotel's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Oversee online booking platforms, ensuring accurate room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute targeted e-marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content across digital channels to enhance the hotel's online presence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Work with the revenue management team to ensure pricing strategies align with market conditions.
  • Implement and manage online distribution channels, including partnerships with third-party platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive digital experience for guests from booking to post-stay interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve online performance.
  • Respond promptly to online customer inquiries and reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and other relevant partners.
  • Stay informed about changes in online regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
