As the Marketplace Manager & Ecommerce Manager in the UAE, you will be responsible for overseeing our presence and performance on third-party online marketplaces. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Dr Nutrition, Spinneys etc. Your role will involve optimizing product listings, managing relationships with marketplace partners, and analysing data to drive growth and improve performance.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility on third-party online marketplaces in the UAE.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners, negotiate terms, resolve issues, and stay informed about platform updates and policies.
- Analyse marketplace data and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for marketplace channels. To uphold compliance with UAE rules and regulations and to respect the cultural sentiments of local communities, it is imperative that all promotional and marketing activities align with these standards.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our product offerings meet the needs and preferences of UAE marketplace customers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Manage the marketplace budget for the UAE market, including forecasting and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations governing product listings, advertising, and customer interactions.
- Oversee the implementation of new features, functionalities, and integrations on marketplace platforms.
- Manage product registration for new products and update team for any new rules or regulations imposed by UAE government.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with delivery services to guarantee seamless operational efficiency.
- To serve as a Business Development Manager with the aim of fostering business growth and expansion within the GCC region.
- To oversee and explore opportunities within the realm of corporate gifting, facilitating tailored solutions and fostering meaningful relationships with corporate clients.
- Harnessing the UAE's sourcing capabilities to procure high-quality raw materials essential for our production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in our products.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce, with a focus on the UAE market.
- Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing performance on third-party online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketplace analytics tools, such as Amazon Seller Central or Noon Seller Dashboard.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners.
- Knowledge of online marketplace platforms and technologies, including Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and digital marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace landscape and pivot strategies accordingly
