We are seeking an exceptionally organised, discreet, and resourceful Assistant to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in both personal and business affairs. This is a fast-paced, highly demanding role that requires outstanding attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive diary and schedule management, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
Organise complex international travel arrangements, including private aviation, visas, and itineraries.
Act as primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion.
Manage both personal and business administration, liaising with household & office staff, vendors, and service providers as required.
Handle confidential documentation and financial administration with the highest degree of integrity.
Assist with event planning, reservations, and lifestyle management.
Undertake ad-hoc projects and errands as required, ensuring seamless support across all aspects of the principal's life.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Chief of Staff to a UHNWI, C-Suite executive, or in a private household setting.
Impeccable discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management systems, and travel booking platforms.
