About The Role
The Eclipse Pool Terrace Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
What You Will Do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; and possess excellent working knowledge of all products according to service standards
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by F&B Outlet Manager and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
