We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager with in-depth expertise in managing operations on international and regional platforms, including Amazon, Noon, and other key marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing performance, and delivering a world-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
· Manage the Promate local e-commerce website ensuring a seamless customer journey, from landing page to checkout.
· Oversee third-party marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon, Noon), including product onboarding, campaign execution, and content updates.
· Ensure platform compliance and maintain high operational standards.
2. Product Listings & SEO Optimization· Create, audit, and enhance product listings with compelling titles, optimized keywords, accurate specifications, and high-quality visuals.
· Implement best-in-class SEO practices to increase visibility and ranking on search engines and within platform search algorithms.
· Maintain consistency in product content, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
3. Inventory & Stock Control· Monitor real-time inventory status across all e-commerce channels.
· Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
· Forecast demand and contribute to replenishment strategies.
4. Performance & Sales Analysis· Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
· Generate actionable insights and lead initiatives to improve conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and enhance ROI.
· Set KPIs and track against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
5. Promotions & Campaign Management· Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and platform-specific campaigns to drive sales and improve engagement.
· Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital assets.
· Optimize A+ content and sponsored ads on platforms like Amazon.
6. Customer Experience & Retention· Monitor and resolve customer queries, disputes, and feedback with a customer-centric approach.
· Monitor platform reviews, analyze sentiment, and implement strategies to enhance ratings and overall brand perception.
· Collaborate with the support team to improve fulfillment speed and accuracy.
7. Compliance & Marketplace Strategy· Stay updated with the latest policies and guidelines from marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
· Ensure full compliance with platform-specific regulations and global e-commerce best practices.
· Maintain a proactive relationship with marketplace account managers to maximize support and visibility.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Amazon and Noon seller accounts.
· Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools like Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partners Hub, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.
· Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
· Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, A/B testing, and analytics.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
· Experience in consumer electronics or tech accessories is an advantage.
