Job Brief:

Our client in the food services industry is looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to expand and optimize online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience in the UAE and be capable of driving business growth through effective e-commerce strategies, platform management, and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand e-commerce business by acquiring new customers and exploring new platforms in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Build and execute a marketing calendar on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Business Development Managers for contract creation, promotions, and business reviews.
• Create development and marketing plans for each e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and stock availability.
• Ensure pricing, product content, and images are accurate, updated, and SEO-friendly.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve the digital customer experience.
• Liaise with the finance team for marketing and related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department managers.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of key account management experience in the food delivery sector.
• Proven track record in sales, ad monetization, and offer negotiations.
• Deep understanding of the region's food delivery landscape.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA is preferred.
• A driver's license is a must.
