EHS Coordinator (Full-Time) (Emiratis Only) - Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

What will I be doing?

As an EHS Coordinator, you will support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Food Safety standards across the hotel. You will assist in ensuring compliance with local government regulations, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and Hilton policies, while promoting a safe and healthy environment for guests, Team Members, and visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP Food Safety Management System.
• Conducting routine inspections of food-related and operational areas and following up on corrective actions.
• Assisting with internal audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring food handling, storage, hygiene, and temperature controls.
• Coordinating food, water, and ice testing and maintaining records.
• Supporting food safety and EHS training for Team Members.
• Assisting with investigations related to food safety or hygiene concerns.
• Supporting sustainability and Hilton Travel with Purpose initiatives.
