Job Title: Electrical Inspector (Site Operations)

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Inspector to supervise on-site operations at our facility. The Electrical Inspector will be tasked with overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, and enhancing site efficiency. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in electrical engineering or related disciplines, showcasing proven proficiency in supervising construction projects and managing on-site activities.   • Perform daily inspections of electrical systems and installations to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to schedule inspections and address any concerns or discrepancies.
  • Conduct thorough audits of electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures to identify potential hazards, defects, or code violations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to review electrical plans and provide technical guidance on implementation.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively, including detailed reports and photographic evidence as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for corrective actions to address non-compliance issues and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any electrical-related issues or delays and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in electrical systems and construction methods.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality by promoting best practices and conducting training sessions for site staff as needed.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide insights and expertise on electrical matters and support project teams as required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience in site electrical inspection, consultancy, or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA), with a focus on safety and quality. Must have UAE site operation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification as an electrical inspector or similar credential is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documenting inspection findings and managing project data.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
