Electrical Site Engineer

The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing, executing, and ensuring the quality and safety of all electrical works on site. The role requires coordination with other engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards and specifications.

• Supervise and monitor the installation of electrical systems, equipment, and components on construction sites.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site activities for electrical works.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work progress reports, inspection records, and material requisitions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or cost issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and electrical codes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (1-4 years) as an Electrical Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, cabling, lighting, power distribution, and low-current systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (IEC, NEC, local regulations).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
