Work will generally take place during day shift hours; special circumstances may require weekend or shift work. Work may include travel within the United Arab Emirates. Work can take place both indoors and outdoors. The job may include extended periods of standing, lifting of heavy objects, or repetitive tasks and the use of lifts, ladders, or scaffolding. Work may include use of hand and power tools.

Job requirements
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, and building automation.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate and select cutting-edge technologies and solutions for various projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures effectively.
- Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest ELV technologies.
- Delegate tasks, track performance, and drive the team to meet project and organizational objectives.
- Ensure designs and installations comply with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Enforce health and safety protocols during all phases of project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized ELV solutions.
- Present technical proposals, progress updates, and reports to stakeholders.
- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the ELV industry.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance company offerings and competitiveness.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, and system specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, BICSI, KNX) are advantageous.
- 7–10 years of experience in ELV systems, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in delivering ELV projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in ELV systems such as security, fire alarms, structured cabling, and building management systems.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management software.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, ISO, BS EN).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
