Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented EMEA Payroll Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage all phases of a business unit that employs over 6,400 employees in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the day to day payroll operations that support the monthly payroll in EMEA
• Interface with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the payrolls are accurate, timely and comply with Company and local government compliance and reporting requirements
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience managing payroll in a large multinational company.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
