About The Role

AIQ is looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support system monitoring, incident response, and automation initiatives within a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, alerting, and basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Help document processes and contribute to internal runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations (with mentorship).
• Engage in training for observability, incident response, and cloud tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in previous relevant roles.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
• Exposure to scripting (Bash, Python) and version control (Git).
• Willingness to learn Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to develop a career in SRE.
