Job Description - Technical Engineer (Precast)Role Purpose:To prepare, review, and manage all technical documentation related to precast elements, ensuring engineering accuracy, production feasibility, and smooth coordination between design, factory, and site teams.Key Responsibilities

  • Drawing & Technical DocumentationPrepare production drawings, shop drawings, reinforcement details, and lifting diagrams for precast elements.Review IFC/GA drawings and convert them into factory-ready production sheets.Validate dimensions, openings, embeds, lifting points, camber, and rebar details as per design requirements.
  • Coordination with Design, Production & SiteLiaise with structural engineers, architects, BIM teams, and project engineers for clarifications.Coordinate with mould carpentry, rebar team, concrete team, and yard supervisors to resolve technical issues.Support installation teams with erection drawings, lifting plans, and element handling instructions.
  • Quality & ComplianceEnsure drawing
