Overview: Lead and inspire multiple engineering teams to achieve technical excellence, drive innovation, and support company objectives in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Guide engineering teams toward strategic goals and innovations aligned with company priorities.
• Cross-Program Collaboration: Work across programs to ensure resources, objectives, and project success are aligned.
• Team Development: Mentor engineering managers and foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and high performance.
• Technical Oversight: Set technical direction, architecture, and best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Agile Execution: Ensure coordinated, timely delivery of projects in line with agile methodologies.
• Performance & Operational Excellence: Oversee KPIs, promote process improvements, and ensure compliance with QHSE and regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 15+ years in engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles, and a background in backend services and cloud infrastructure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend services, cloud-hosted infrastructure, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++. Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and MySQL, data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and DevOps practices.
• Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
