Engineering Graduate Trainee

Engineering Manager

Position Summary

You will join our 12-month full-time New Graduate Program, designed to give you the experience, mentorship, and exposure needed to kickstart your engineering career.

You will

• Complete hands-on training in your selected area (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, Data Engineering, or QA)
• Help us build and improve real-world systems used by our customers and internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems through technology
• Support testing, deployment, optimization, and automation of services and tools
• Write clean, maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices
  
  

Who You Are

You bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• A strong academic track record
• Curiosity and a growth mindset — you love to learn and solve problems
  
  

You are

• Comfortable with coding in one or more languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, etc.)
• Familiar with core concepts in software, data, or cloud engineering
• A strong communicator in English (spoken and written)
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
