Summary

Customer Service

• Ensure that all maintenance activities for rides, slides, and pools are conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption to guests and enhances their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to maintenance issues in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring any problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
  
  

Financial

• Maximize productivity through effective time management and multi-tasking.
• Assist in managing resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the park.
• Embrace new technology and methods to improve maintenance processes and productivity.
  
  

Operational

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all rides, slides, and pools within the water park.
• Be flexible and adapt to different roles and tasks within the engineering department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance areas and workshops.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues to the Team Leader Engineering or Department Management.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of all rides, slides, and pools.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  
  

Personnel

• Work closely with other engineering staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient maintenance operation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge related to rides, slides, and pools.
• Adhere to the park's grooming and appearance standards, ensuring a professional and approachable image.
  
  

Other Duties

• Follow all park policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support the implementation of the park's values and culture.
• Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Team Leader Engineering or Department Management.
  
  

Occasional Duties

• Assist in carrying out inventory of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

"2+ years of experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems Knowledge of pumps, filtration, and water systems Experience troubleshooting and maintaining water park rides and attractions High reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Basic competency in MS Excel, Word"
