The Role
An established international school with over 30 years of successful operation and ambitious plans for future expansion is currently recruiting an English Teacher to join its team in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator seeking to work in Abu Dhabi, join a reputable institution, and develop their career alongside the continued growth of the school. The school offers a vibrant and supportive working environment, with a diverse teaching team from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa, alongside specialist Arabic teachers. It delivers the American Curriculum to both local UAE and expatriate students aged 3–18. While experience with the American Curriculum is advantageous, the school welcomes qualified and open-minded teachers who are eager to embrace new teaching approaches and methodologies. Staff morale is high, and the school boasts excellent facilities and resources, creating a positive and nurturing environment for both students and teachers. Salary & Benefits Package • Tax-free salary starting from 12,000 AED per month • Accommodation allowance (paid in two instalments annually) • Private healthcare • Flight allowance • End-of-service gratuity • Education benefits for dependents: • One free school place per teacher • 50% tuition discount for each additional child

Requirements
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be a qualified English Teacher who is professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning, demonstrate strong communication skills, and work effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
