Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.
- Perform advanced ENT procedures such as:
- Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty
- Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
- Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopy
- Head & neck reconstructive surgery
- Interpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.
- Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.
- Certification: Board-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
- Licensure: DHA license or eligibility required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting
- Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety
