As a Consultant ENT with Allocation Assist Middle East, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders. You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients. Your expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to patient care will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's reputation and achieving our mission of providing outstanding healthcare services in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient's medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests
  • Perform surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, according to established medical standards
  • Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to provide the highest level of care to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including radiologists and pathologists, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
  • Train and supervise junior medical staff, such as residents and interns
  • Keep abreast of medical advancements and participate in professional development activities, such as conferences and workshops
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in the workplace to ensure the safety of patients and staff

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Otolaryngology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT
  • Fluent in Arabic proficiency is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and organized medical records
  • Familiarity with medical laws and ethical standards
  • Must have received a Western education or training.
