Overview

The role of a Tools Enterprise Architect, Product Roadmap Manager, and Automation Strategist is a unique and dynamic position that combines expertise in enterprise architecture, strategic planning, and automation to drive technological innovation and operational efficiency within the organization. This multifaceted role is pivotal in shaping the technology landscape, enhancing productivity, and optimizing business processes.

As an Enterprise Architect specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Platform, AI and User Experience, you will play a central role in defining, planning, and overseeing the technology landscape for these critical domains within the organization. Your comprehensive understanding of these areas and your ability to align technology solutions with business objectives will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency, enhancing user experience, and ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Tools Architecture:

• Design and maintain architectural blueprints for a wide range of tools and technology solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and select the appropriate tools and technologies that align with the long-term IT strategy.
• Oversee the integration of various tools, systems, and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Architect scalable solutions that can accommodate the organization's growth while optimizing performance and resource utilization.
• Develop and enforce security measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory adherence.
  
  

Product Roadmap Development

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document product requirements and strategic goals.
• Create a product roadmap that aligns with the organization's business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and releases to maximize the product's value and market competitiveness.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product releases and milestones.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  
  

Automation Strategy

• Develop and implement an automation strategy that streamlines processes, reduces manual tasks, and enhances operational efficiency.
• Design and develop automated scripts, workflows, and tools to perform repetitive tasks, including testing, data processing, system monitoring, and reporting.
• Integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient software delivery and updates.
• Implement real-time monitoring and maintenance automation to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Continuously optimize and improve existing automation processes.
  
  

Documentation And Compliance

• Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, product roadmaps, automation workflows, scripts, and configurations.
• Ensure that automation processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary security measures.
  
  

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and third-party service providers to source necessary tools and technologies, aligning with the architecture and automation strategy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tools Enterprise Architect, Product Roadmap Manager, and Automation Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of various tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to enterprise IT, software product development, and automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Project management experience.
• Certification in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
