Job Description – Site Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
Department:

Location: Yas Island
Job Purpose:
To supervise and ensure the execution of all operations and maintenance activities related to infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and landscape works, in line with contract KPIs, HSE compliance, and client expectations.

Job Purpose:
To supervise and ensure the execution of all operations and maintenance activities related to infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and landscape works, in line with contract KPIs, HSE compliance, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and technical service delivery across multiple disciplines (ELEC, MECH, CIV).
- Plan, delegate, and monitor the completion of PPM and reactive tasks using CAFM/CMMS.
- Perform site inspections, quality audits, and safety walk-throughs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the site engineer or client representative.
- Validate work orders, material requests, and job close-out reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, RAMS, method statements, and toolbox talks.
- Supervise technicians (G1, G2, G3), helpers, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve shift rosters, attendance logs, and manpower deployment.
- Maintain performance records, site documentation, and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Liaise with clients during walkthroughs, KPIs reviews, and joint inspections.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and mechanical O&M.
- Proficient in CMMS/CAFM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting formats.
- Understanding of QHSE protocols and asset lifecycle.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Facility Management.
- 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure O&M including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Work at Height are preferred.
- Ensure team compliance with HSE policies.
- Review risk assessments and issue permits when required.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor site hazards.
- Authorized to manage daily site activities and approve work completion reports.
- Not authorized to amend design specs or approve invoices/contracts.
