Estimating Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Estimating Engineer, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:

• Cost Estimation:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for EPC projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to ensure accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to gather necessary data and insights.
• Project Analysis:
• Analyze project scope and identify factors that may impact cost estimates.
• Assist in risk assessment and incorporate findings into cost estimates.
• Proposal Support:
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals and bid documents for submission to clients.
• Ensure all estimates are competitive and align with company objectives.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to ensure alignment on project goals and estimates.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss estimates and project scope.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cost estimation.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance estimation skills.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Diploma

Languages: English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
