We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on interior fit-out joinery projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.

- Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine scope and pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather relevant information.
- Review and assess subcontractor quotes and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction or joinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation processes.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools.
