Job Purpose:
To manage and control project documentation in compliance with Etisalat and company procedures, ensuring accurate records, easy retrieval, and secure storage of all documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of all project-related documents for Etisalat telecom projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, drawings, and approvals.
- Ensure proper filing (soft & hard copies) of all Etisalat project documents for easy retrieval.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Etisalat or internal departments.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely submission of required documents.
- Follow Etisalat's standard document control procedures and templates for all submissions (NOCs, work permits, drawings, test reports, etc.).
- Manage access and security of confidential documents.
- Ensure timely submission of project deliverables to Etisalat in line with agreed schedules.
- Support audits and compliance checks by providing requested documentation.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in telecom or Etisalat projects within UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Etisalat documentation standards and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Prior work with Etisalat-approved contractors.
- Knowledge of Etisalat portals and submission processes.
