We are hiring EUC Desktop Support Technicians with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team. If youre passionate about IT support, have hands-on expertise, and enjoy problem-solving, this is your opportunity to make a difference!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive hands and feet support, desktop end-user support, and smart hands support following SOPs.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues under general supervision (Level 3+).
- Deliver expert technical assistance on Windows 10 & 11 (OS and application levels), Bitlocker encryption, and basic networking.
- Collaborate with L3 teams to support Active Directory and Data Center operations.
- Prioritize and resolve customer issues promptly while escalating unresolved tickets when necessary.
- Comply with all IT service procedures, processes, and Code of Conduct policies.
- Primary Skills: Hands-on experience with Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting, Bitlocker encryption, and basic networking.
- Secondary Skills: Understanding of Active Directory and Data Center operations.
- Strong communication skills in local language (L1) and English (L2).
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
