Job Description:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, and corporate meetings.

Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas, and create detailed event plans and timelines.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and accommodations.

Manage event budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.

Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, attendee management, and post-event evaluations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in event planning or coordination roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
