About Candlelight:

Candlelight, produced by Fever Originals, offers classical music concerts in intimate candlelit venues. Since 2019, these events have been taking place in several cities around the world, with the aim of democratising classical music.

Job description:

We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in UAE. This role involves full event management, mainly at weekends.

Responsibilities:

• On-site concert coordination (pre-production and production).
• Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).
• Managing institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations).
• Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience.
  
  

Profile required:

• Experience in logistics and team management.
• Knowledge of the live performance sector.
• Good stress and contingency management skills.
• Fluent in English.
