Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and execute events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and supplies.
- Develop event budgets and timelines.
- Communicate with vendors, speakers, and attendees.
- Manage event registration and ticket sales.
- Create event marketing materials and promotional plans.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve event goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field.
- 2+ years of event planning experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with event management software.
