Job Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation

• Develop innovative concepts for live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into impactful, memorable experiences.
• Stay updated on trends in events, activations, and experiential marketing.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for retail clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships aligned with client business goals.

Project Execution

• Manage the delivery of retail campaigns and activations end-to-end.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, digital, etc.) to deliver high-quality outputs.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
• Support new business pitches with creative and strategic input.
• Monitor and apply emerging retail and event trends to drive growth.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in events or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience in ideation, conceptualization, and pitching of campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Knowledge of event trends, production processes, and vendor management.
