About The Role

As part of our Middle east team, you'll be immersed in an ever-changing and exciting environment. You'll work alongside a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences. Responsibilities

• Driving individual and team performance to create high performing show teams
• Owning and communicating the event vision and strategy, aligning and connecting the team (and wider matrix team)
• Driving effective leadership within a matrix structure
• Maintaining team focus by prioritising, sequencing and focusing energy.
• Leading a holistic approach to planning to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to a high quality.
• Identifying development needs - targeting and supporting appropriate training & development where relevant
  
  

Requirements

• Have demonstrable experience in setting shows budgets and undertaking timely and accurate re-forecasts
• Have demonstrable experience in building communities and networks to open up new opportunities.
• Oversee the show strategy optimising all the levers of growth, includes robust sales and marketing plans and uses customer data
• Have relevant experience in driving brand and event revenue, strategic development and high quality delivery
• Ensure the delivery of an exemplary show on site
