About The Role
As part of our Middle east team, you'll be immersed in an ever-changing and exciting environment. Responsibilities
- Driving individual and team performance to create high performing show teams
- Owning and communicating the event vision and strategy, aligning and connecting the team (and wider matrix team)
- Driving effective leadership within a matrix structure
- Maintaining team focus by prioritising, sequencing and focusing energy.
- Leading a holistic approach to planning to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to a high quality.
- Identifying development needs - targeting and supporting appropriate training & development where relevant
- Have demonstrable experience in setting shows budgets and undertaking timely and accurate re-forecasts
- Have demonstrable experience in building communities and networks to open up new opportunities.
- Oversee the show strategy optimising all the levers of growth, includes robust sales and marketing plans and uses customer data
- Have relevant experience in driving brand and event revenue, strategic development and high quality delivery
- Ensure the delivery of an exemplary show on site
