Job Description:

Plan, organize, and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings from conception to execution.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand event requirements, objectives, and budgets.

Select and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors.

Coordinate logistics, including event setup, equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodations.

Oversee onsite event management, including registration, staffing, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.

Proven experience in event planning or related roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
