- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen.
- Koordination von Dienstleistern, Locations und Catering.
- Budgetplanung und -überwachung.
- Erstellung von Ablaufplänen und Zeitplänen.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs vor Ort.
- Ein starkes Team und klare Strukturen.
- Moderne digitale Tools für effizientes Arbeiten.
- Regelmäßige Weiterbildungen und Schulungen.
- Ein strukturiertes Onboarding-Programm für einen erfolgreichen Start.
