Events Coordinator

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, Public, Soil and Kumo.

We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Events Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events across our diverse portfolio of F&B brands—ranging from private corporate bookings and community pop-ups to large-scale brand activations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating "Instagrammable" and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Planning: Manage the full event lifecycle, including initial inquiries, site visits, menu selection, and post-event feedback.
• Operations Liaison: Coordinate closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless execution and service standards.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage external suppliers (decor, entertainment, AV) while staying within budget.
• On-Site Execution: Be present during events to oversee setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Admin & Reporting: Maintain an organized events calendar, handle invoicing, and track event profitability.
