Support in planning, coordination and execution of events. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and accurate documentation before during and after an event.

Responsibilities

  • Admin support to the event team
  • Maintain and update all schedules – events timelines and trackers
  • Prepare all needed documents for events (contracts – NDAs)
  • Support on site during events when needed
  • Collect feedback and work on reports after each event and track all KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Continuously update our pool of suppliers and locations

Experience

  • Prior involvement in planning or assisting with events
  • Technical software experience (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience handling schedules and documentation

In alignment with the UAE Government’s Emiratisation strategy, this opportunity is exclusively available to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.
