Support in planning, coordination and execution of events. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and accurate documentation before during and after an event.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Admin support to the event team
- Maintain and update all schedules – events timelines and trackers
- Prepare all needed documents for events (contracts – NDAs)
- Support on site during events when needed
- Collect feedback and work on reports after each event and track all KPIs for continuous improvement
- Continuously update our pool of suppliers and locations
- Prior involvement in planning or assisting with events
- Technical software experience (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience handling schedules and documentation
