§ يستلم ملف الدعوى أو الأمر
§ يراجع الإجراءات السابقة بالملف والقرار الصادر لمعرفة طبيعة المأمورية المسندة له ومدى استيفاء الإجراءات
§ ينتقل للمحل لتنفيذ القرار وذلك على النحو التالي:
§ إثبات حالة وذلك إذا كان المكان مغلقاً أو وجود عقبة والعرض على القاضي المختص مع إثبات كافة العقبات التي اعترضت التنفيذ وما أتخذه مأمور التنفيذ بشأنها
§ إيقاع الحجز (تحفظياً أو تنفيذياً) في حالة المطالبات المالية على المنقول أو المال محل الحجز لدى المدين أو لدى الغير وتعيين حارس أو اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للمحافظة على المحجوزات في حالة عدم وجود حارس أو بتحصيل المبلغ المطالب به وتوريده
§ ينفذ القرار الصادر بالمعاينة وفق منطوقة
§ يثبت حالة العقارات ووصفها وتحديد مشتملاتها
§ التنفيذ العيني بتسليم طالب التنفيذ الشيء المحكوم به سواء أكان منقولاً أو عقاراً
§ ينفذ القرار الصادر بالحجز على العقار تنفيذياً
§ يعد إعلان محضر الحجز
§ يعد الإحصائيات اللازمة ويرفعها لمدير القسم
§ يشهر المزاد على المنقول
§ يعد المذكرات القانونية والتقارير اللازمة
§ ينفذ القرار الصادر بتسليم منقول أو عقار للمشتري
يعد إعلانات البيع
