Mission
- Provide clear, professional, and accurate advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of onboarding-related issues.
- Deliver HR operations support to managers and staff that is responsive and timely.
- Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Ensure all new joiners in the Middle East are scheduled for mandatory inductions and maintain accurate tracking.
- Provide first-level support to Line Managers on all matters related to mandatory training, including follow-up and data file updates.
- Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with daily administrative tasks and event organization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm induction dates and ensure timely communication and invitations to participants.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Manage new joiner announcements across the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced, lean environment with multiple and changing priorities.
- Experience in handling ambiguity and providing quick solutions/recommendations.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: patient, helpful, and professional as the first point of contact for employee issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
