Providing high-level administrative support to top management within the company.
Ensure the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities and the overall efficiency of the office.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team.
Job Scope:
Providing high-level administrative support to top management within the company.
Ensure the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities and the overall efficiency of the office.
Job Duties:
- Organize and prepare for meetings or specific events , including setting agendas and taking minutes of meeting.
- Managing the executive's calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure timely attendance.
- Answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries and messages appropriately.
- Compose professional correspondence (letters, emails, memos) based on clear instructions.
- Manage and prioritize emails to ensure timely responses and follow up.
- Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organizing travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Overseeing office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with special projects or other duties as required from management.
- Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience in administrative assistance roles is typically required from the Real Estate Development / Constructions sectores , with experience supporting senior management being highly valued.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
- Professionalism in interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
- Ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
