Job Description Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, Service and Supply Chain Operations, and the General Manager, Service Sales for the International Region at GE HealthCare. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate and manage special projects, events and conferences as assigned by the executives.
- Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and efficient flow of information and communication.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, and data entry.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Support the executives in their day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
