Job Description Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, Service and Supply Chain Operations, and the General Manager, Service Sales for the International Region at GE HealthCare. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive offices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of budgets and expenses.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, events and conferences as assigned by the executives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and efficient flow of information and communication.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, and data entry.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Support the executives in their day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
