Job Brief:

Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO’s office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee international supplier and vendor visit management.
• Act as the administrative lead for the top floor of the office.
• Track daily meetings and manage the CEO’s calendar.
• Provide travel assistance for management.
• Review and coordinate documentation for executive approval.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive data.
• Liaise with Regional Managers and top management.
• Gather and compile reports required by the CEO.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to the C-level management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
