Job Description

Harmony Global Partners is an alternative asset platform and advisory company with local focus and a global reach across the CANZUK Countries with offices in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The Company is establishing an office in Dubai during 2022 and seeks a part-time Executive Assistant in the short term before the full-fledged launch of the office later in the year.

The Role

Responsibilities

Undertake a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Company’s Executives including:

  • Researching and building a database of regional investment institutions, family offices, and HNW Individuals with the ability to email, call, request and arrange meetings for the company’s executives.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft PowerPoint software to create, amend, and prepare slide decks for meetings.
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that are sometimes confidential.
  • Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Completing expense reports.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary to commensurate with experience.

Ideal Profile

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite, Arabic is an advantage but not necessarily required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Five plus years of administrative /executive assistant and supporting C-Level Executives experience
  • Experience in a financial Institution preferable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated Reporting skills
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Adobe Acrobat
  • Time management & Organization skills
  • Experience with travel logistics
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • An interest in internal and external communications, digital media, partnership development, and fundraising.
