Executive Assistant to CEO Intern

We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as an Executive Assistant in Dubai (AE).

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our CEO.

Your main responsibilities:

• As an Executive Assistant to CEO, you will be joining a dynamic team with the responsibility to support our CEO in the project management and administration.
• The role is based in Dubai.
• You will assist in other department such as Marketing & Communication Team and Sales Team or Finance Team.
• Administrative tasks
• Stakeholder management.

What experience and background we are looking for:

• Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Entrepreneurship.
• The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages would be a plus
