Executive Assistant to CEO - Arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic SupportPartner with CEO on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects
• Manage complex calendar and communications across international markets
• Facilitate executive decision-making through detailed research and analysis
• Oversee critical business documentation and reporting
• Drive efficiency in executive office operations
• Industry EngagementManage relationships with luxury fragrance industry partners
• Coordinate high-profile events and business meetings
• Support international business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in business, luxury management, or related field
• Arabic is a must
• 4+ years of executive support experience, luxury industry background preferred
• Proven track record of supporting senior executives

• Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
